The Breathing Impact

An experiential journey for managers/employees for balance, self-management, and influence in a busy and dynamic world.

The ability to remain calm, focused, and present is key to effective leadership.
We will practice tools to strengthen presence and decision-making with
clarity and inner calm.

  • Techniques for immediate relaxation and balance – simple tools for reducing stress, reducing reactivity, and strengthening the sense of control.

  • Breathing exercises to increase energy and focus – to improve concentration, alertness, and accurate decision-making.

  • Self-management as a basis for meaningful leadership – how personal regulation enables building trust, listening, and deep dialogue with the team.

  • Moving from reactivity to influence – managing stressful situations, difficult conversations and organizational conflicts.

* Each workshop lasts 4 hours.

* Can be adapted to the needs of the organization and the group of managers.
