The workshop focuses on diagnosing and managing the relationships and interfaces critical to success in the role.

We will learn tactics for influencing and leading a conversation that builds trust and maximizes personal and organizational value.

The managers came up with an action plan to lead the changes in their chosen areas of influence.

Resilience and managerial identity
This workshop focuses on empowering managers in the new era through developing personal resilience and a strong managerial identity.

We will learn about the complexities and tensions that exist in the managerial role in today's reality and what to do about them.

Participants will practice tools for self-diagnosis, identifying inhibiting patterns, and building a personal plan for managerial development.

Structure of a meeting:

- Advanced model learning

- Open discussion about personal challenges

- Practicing practical tools in pairs/groups

- Simulations of situations that we would like to implement the day after the workshop

Each workshop lasts 4 hours.
