Comes from a decade-long background as an HR professional with a specialization in consulting and executive development.
In recent years, she has focused on delivering management workshops, working with management teams, building organizational processes for retention, employee development, and mentoring HR managers.
She holds an MBA with a specialization in organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University, a BA in economics, and training in the worlds of mentoring, mindfulness, breathing therapy, and philosophy.
I believe that management is a profession that requires personal development and constant learning.
