Dafna Rostami, consultant to executives and management at leading high-tech companies and fast-growing startups such as MyHeritage, Cloudinary, Microsoft, Demostack, Coralogix, DarioHealth.
Comes from a decade-long background as an HR professional with a specialization in consulting and executive development.
In recent years, she has focused on delivering management workshops, working with management teams, building organizational processes for retention, employee development, and mentoring HR managers.
She holds an MBA with a specialization in organizational behavior from Tel Aviv University, a BA in economics, and training in the worlds of mentoring, mindfulness, emotional therapy, breathing therapy, and philosophy.
I believe that management is a profession that requires personal development and constant learning.
