A process of consulting and coaching managers for a managerial leap.

The process is focused on 2-3 areas of development where we would like to see full responsibility, new skills, and actual change in direct connection to business goals.

 

A dynamic approach to awareness and management at three levels:

Self - Relationships - Organization.

The process combines in-depth work to become personally familiar with the operating mechanisms and behavioral patterns that will lead to a new level of self-awareness.

Combined with the development of relationship management skills, this will lead to the creation of mutual trust, motivation for collaboration, and high impact in the organization.

 

On the method and stages in the personal-managerial development process

Goal-focused process - 10-15 meetings that will focus on areas of development where a managerial leap is needed.

 

Self-development

Motivation - Identifying the manager's motivations and how this meets business goals.

Blind spots - diagnosis and discussion of the messages that lie beneath the surface, are not spoken and create explosions. Blind spots have a price that the management and the organization pay.

Responsibility for change management - choosing and taking full responsibility for leading changes and expanding areas of influence.

 

Relationship management

Behavioral patterns - identifying behaviors and reactions that prevent cooperation, in order to build long-term trust.

Innovative models - acquiring practical tools and research-based theories for developing communication skills and emotional intelligence.

 

Organizational growth

The process of change and managerial development will result in increased manager satisfaction, new engagement with the organization, high performance, and continued business growth.
