מגיעה מרקע של עשור כ- HR עם התמחות בייעוץ ופיתוח מנהלים.

בשנים האחרונות ממוקדת בהעברה של סדנאות מנהלים, עבודה עם צוותי הנהלה, בניית תהליכים ארגוניים לשימור, פיתוח עובדים ומנטורינג למנהלי/ות HR.

בעלת תואר MBA עם התמחות בהתנהגות ארגונית מאוניברסיטת ת"א, תואר ראשון בכלכלה והכשרות בעולמות המנטורינג, מיינפולנס, תרפיה בנשימה ופילוסופיה.

מאמינה שניהול זה מקצוע שמצריך התפתחות אישית ולמידה מתמדת.
